softcore or the R18 censored hardcore. They are the factory original X-Rated Versions. We only supply
factory original DVDs direct from the manufacturer, which means, all X-Rated Hardcore. Explicit and
Un-Censored. We don't supply the censored 18, R18 or satellite versions, that's not how they were
intended to be viewed. R18 Movies are BBFC censored adult movies. X-Rated (Our DVDs) are the
original content unedited. Due to UK regulations and laws only licensed sex shops in the United
Kingdom are authorized to sell Adult movies, hence all DVD orders are mailed from our warehouse in
Amsterdam .All DVDs are region coded '0' or '2', which means, they are playable UK/Europe
guaranteed .
Hardcore DVD's, i.e. rated 'X' titles from mainstream US and European Studios, are legal to possess
in the UK for personal use . We do not or never will supply titles that contain (but not limited to)
bestiality, underage sex (if you do come across such a site report it immediately to
http://www.asacp.org) or anything else that could be deemed to corrupt or deprave the morality of UK
society.
Delivery : We make all the necessary arrangements to insure smooth delivery to the UK . All orders
are guaranteed to arrive at your doorstep. All DVDs are dispatched by first class post in plain, discreet
padded envelopes.
Mail Time : Transit times for delivery are normally 3-5 business days from the day you place your order.
On occasion certain circumstances (i.e. holiday seasons , busy seasons or unforeseen situations)
may delay transit an additional 9-10 business days. All transit times are estimates and are in no way
guaranteed to arrive by a specific date or pre determined time frame. Due to international dispatch
locations we are unable to provide an exact date of delivery.
Returning products : In the event of a defective product you must follow warranty information provided
in the box of said merchandise. If no warranty information is available please email
sales@blu-club.com for return procedures. You must notify BluBay via email before any items are
returned via mail.
